Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, Associate degree preferred.
• Two to three years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A state issued driver’s license with a driving record clear of infractions as defined by current insurance mandates.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate refurbishment process and complete work within scheduled time frame, according to budget and priority set by supervisor.
• Coordinate with sales team requested resident upgrades and incorporate into refurbishment project plan.
• Perform routine inspections of refurbishment projects; implement corrective steps to ensure project remains on time; report project status using programs and/ or documents, communicate project status and other requested data to supervisor on scheduled basis.
• Communicate status of resident rooms with the sales and marketing department; assist with new residents move-in ensuring resident refurbishment projects are completed and the room is clean and move-in ready.
• Organize and distribute supplies as requested; maintain inventory par levels, track inventory and supplies according to department needs.
• Inspect department equipment and equipment maintenance logs based on the intervals set by the department; coordinate any repairs, maintenance needs, cleanliness and safety of equipment.
