About The Position

We are seeking Refurbishment Associates to join our dynamic team. This role involves receiving, handling, cleaning, testing, and packaging electronic devices while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities

• Receiving & Handling: Verify incoming deliveries against orders, label and allocate products, and maintain accurate records of stock movement.
• Device Processing: Clean, test, grade, and value-add to electronic devices to prepare them for redistribution.
• Cleaning: External inspection, sanitizing, and removal of non-original labels.
• Testing: Functional testing, data wiping, and troubleshooting of devices.
• Grading: Assessing physical condition and categorizing devices using a standardized grading system.
• Value-Adding: Enhancing device features or services to increase value.
