About The Position

The Refurb/Setup employee will be working in-house with a high degree of supervision while refurbishing and rebuilding equipment as needed. Candidates will prepare field ready equipment for delivery as well as documenting all work details associated with equipment installation and removal.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and approved driving record.
• Must have a mechanical background: experience in a garage, electronics, and use of mechanical equipment.
• Must have basic understanding of plumbing, soldering, and circuitry
• Must have basic knowledge of CO2 and Freon

Nice To Haves

• Refrigeration certification preferred
• Electronic experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lives and models BROWN VALUES in everything we do.
• Prepare equipment surfaces for repainting, resurfacing, or application of new decals/facings
• Use lifting and moving equipment to load and unload large vending machines, coolers, and fountain units
• May also assist with equipment inventory duties and organization of stock
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Remove old or broken parts and fix or replace with new parts
• Maintain parts inventory in shop
• Will be responsible for entering data into iPad software
• Maintain a clean working environment
