Position Summary The primary responsibilities for the Refurb Crew are to repair and remodel homes located in our communities along with completing select capitol expense projects.

Requirements

  • Two + years of related experience and/or training.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough ability to understand plans and specifications
  • Thorough understand of local codes.
  • Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.
  • Attention to detail, provide quality workmanship.
  • Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems.
  • Must have the ability to access a situation, present solutions and make qualified recommendations.
  • Thorough understanding of manufactured housing build and setup.
  • Commitment to excellence.

  • Must maintain a valid driver license and clean driving record.
  • Must maintain an active and working mobile device.
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite, specifically email

Responsibilities

  • Provide time and material estimates to make the homes “retail ready”.
  • Complete repairs timely, within budget and ensuring a high quality of workmanship.
  • Access the scope of work and make recommendation which items can be completed by the Refurb Crew v. using sub-contractors.
  • Test all systems in the home and ensure proper operation before marking the home as “retail ready”.
  • Must exhibit appearance and conduct in accordance with Cambio standards.
  • Follow up with “warranty work” as needed.
  • Manage difficult customer situations professionally.
  • Balances Team and Individual responsibilities to accomplish Cambio goals.
  • Give and receive feedback in a professional manner.
  • Generate creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • Treat people with respect, keep commitments, inspire trust in others.
  • Position may require flexible hours, nights, and weekends as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
