This role will need to work in the Blue Ash, OH office. Position Summary This role is responsible for accurately processing refund checks and reissuing requests for customers in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs). The position requires close collaboration with the Refund Processing Team and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution of all refund-related activities. Success in this role demands exceptional attention to detail, adherence to SLA commitments, and a strong understanding of Green Dot terminology, account statuses, and system functionality.
