The RIFS Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and coordination of select Survivor Services programs. This includes supervising a team of DV/SA Advocates who assist individuals and families experiencing DV/SA and stalking. The RIFS Program Coordinator uses their DV/SA expertise to onboard, mentor, and support Advocates to cultivate trust, establish and promote trauma-informed communication, and provide advocacy, direct services and support, and case management that facilitates, encourages, and assists clients to reach their goals. This senior role also monitors service quality and program performance, coordinates the RIFS hotline and waitlist, engages in community and network outreach, monitors and approves expenses, implements contract compliance and reporting, supervises advocate duties, and enhances and improves RIFS programs through vetting and scheduling trainings to cover gaps in knowledge and skills. This position works closely with other Sector Coordinators, Sector Manager, Division Director, and members of IRCO’s operations units, such as Development, Fiscal, and HR. All Survivor Services staff utilize a survivor-centered, strengths-based, assertive engagement and empowerment model.
