About The Position

The Refuge Wellness Center Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Refuge's amenities, services, and equipment. This individual is responsible for leading a team of five or more, ensuring exceptional service, maintaining facilities, and fostering a culture of excellence throughout the Summit team. The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for guest wellness and satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 40 lbs unassisted.
Able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, up to 8-hour shifts.

Nice To Haves

Prior resort, hotel, or wellness center experience preferred.
Supervisory or team leadership experience appreciated.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Refuge team members by example, including fulfilling all attendant duties as outlined in operational documents.
Clean, maintain, and inspect Refuge amenities, features, and equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Provide consistent and proactive leadership, coaching, and support to the Refuge team.
Maintain positive working relationships with other departments, including Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Front Desk teams.
Monitor and assist with owner and Summit guest use of Refuge facilities.
Update training programs and lead recurring team meetings.
Maintain an open-door policy to support a positive and communicative team environment.
Ensure compliance with Big Sky Resort and Boyne USA policies and procedures.
