Position Summary: This position is a discretionary position.  This position will monitor, control, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all refrigeration equipment, steam generating equipment, compressed air systems, water supply and distribution systems, return condensate systems, mechanically, electrically, hydraulically and pneumatically using the proper tools and test equipment.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of mechanic work experience documented in the work history section of the application or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 6 months).

Responsibilities

Complete all utilities maintenance.
Perform all necessary documentation of activities.
Install equipment on all utility systems.
Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
Keep all work areas clean.
Perform all positions of job rotation as needed.
Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
Perform any other work as assigned by management.
Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.:  addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
Ability and willingness to work on demand in emergency situations.
Ability and willingness to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
Able to complete all paperwork CMMS/SAP functions.
