Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R experience (required)
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to work independently
- Strong HVAC electrical aptitude and technical ability
- Universal EPA certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience with BAS and DDC controls (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
- Demonstrate a full understanding of refrigeration principles
- Work on rooftop units, large 30-ton split systems, chill water systems, and cooling towers
- Handle HVAC electrical and controls (high voltage and low voltage)
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain strong customer service and clear communication with clients
- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes to stay updated on the latest technologies
- Be available for on-call duty as required
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
