Requirements

Minimum 5 years of commercial refrigeration experience
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong communication and customer service skills
Solid technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Universal EPA Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience with BAS/DDC controls (a plus)

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration systems
Demonstrate a full understanding of refrigeration principles
Maintain strong customer service and clear communication with clients.
Attend periodic manufacturer training classes to stay updated on the latest technologies.
Be available for on-call duty as required.
Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
