About The Position
Delta FM has the expertise, experience and support to provide exceptional facilities management services to a diverse range of industries, in almost any geographic location at any stage of a project. Our end to end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking WA Licenced Refrigeration Technicians to join our WA Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities on DeltaFM sites. These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport. Our Casual team are utilised for 14 Day Swing Coverage across our 12 Remote Village Accommodation Villages WA wide including the Pilbara and Goldfields. Applicants available for immediate start are encouraged to apply. $53.06 Per Hour Base rate + Allowances + Penalties + Superannuation
Requirements
- Full ARCTICK Licence & WA Restricted Electrical Licence (or working towards)
- Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card, CPR + LVR & Police Check within 12 months
- Team player and able to work autonomously
- Available to FIFO ex Perth Airport
Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
- Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
- Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
- Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
- Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments
- Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice
- Report to Delta FM Hub Scheduling Team
