The role involves diagnosing problems, performing preventive maintenance, and inspecting equipment for potential issues. The technician will also make recommendations for equipment modifications, order necessary parts and materials, and maintain documentation and schematics of all systems. Daily responsibilities include starting up systems, observing operations, reading and recording gauges, and adjusting mechanisms to control fluid levels, pressure, and temperature. Adherence to safety policies and regulations is crucial, and regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position.
