If you've already been in the field for a bit and know your way around tools, systems, and service work, this could be a good move. We're looking for technicians who've put in real time -- about a year or more -- either residential or commercial, and are ready to step into commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment. You don't need to know everything. You do need to have worked as a tech, understand the basics, and show up ready to learn. Most of our best techs are guys who are naturally mechanical, think things through, and pick it up fast once they're hands-on. EPA certification is required. We service restaurants and commercial kitchens, including: Walk-in coolers & freezers Reach-in refrigeration Ice machines HVAC & rooftop units Hot-side equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, make-up air, etc.) This is real field work -- not ride-alongs forever and not sink-or-swim either. You'll have backup from senior techs and a strong office team while you build confidence and range. We're a commercial service company supporting restaurants across the Denver area.
