The Refrigeration Mechanic (Appliances) will perform skilled work in the installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of refrigeration appliances, machinery, and equipment in a food service environment.

Requirements

• Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to completion of a recognized refrigeration mechanic training program.
• Two years of directly related experience may be substituted for the training requirement.
• Possession of a valid California driver’s license and availability of private transportation (mileage expense allowance provided).
• District vehicle may be provided

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled work in the installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of refrigeration appliances, machinery, and equipment in a food service environment.
