About The Position

This position is responsible for performing scheduled tours through designated areas, Logging room temperatures, along with equipment readings and conditions. The applicant will share responsibility with all equipment included in the plant refrigeration system, plant ventilation, steam generations process, water supply throughout the facility, compressed air system, fire protection system, HVACs, and any other equipment making up the plant utility systems. As a member of the Maintenance Department, team members are expected to provide timely, position response/support as needed to production operations. execute and document work completed bend, climb, twist, lift and able to work in all environments of our processing facility. Abide by GMP and SSOP, maintain 98% attendance, be able to attain HAZMAT certification, adhere to all safety policies and perform other duties as necessary and as assigned by department lead and/or supervisor. Must be able to work assigned shifts and weekends.

Requirements

  • Must have one year of industrial maintenance experience
  • Must have at least 6 months of continuous work history with the same employer within the last 24 months or was attending a technical school or training withing the last 24 months to be considered for this position.
  • High school or GED required.
  • Must be able to work assigned shifts and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Refrigeration experience preferred.
