Job Summary: Second Shift The Refrigeration Technician Lead will provide leadership and advanced technical support within the refrigeration department. This role is responsible for coordinating daily workflow, supporting team members, and ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant operation of all refrigeration systems. The Lead Technician will serve as a key resource for troubleshooting, decision-making, and communication between the refrigeration team and management.
