Refrigeration HVAC Service Technician
About The Position
Spears Services has been servicing the refrigeration and air conditioning needs of the Tri-Cities area for over 25 years and is looking for energetic individuals. We have several openings we need to fill. Specific Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair Commercial cooking equipment (Stoves, fryers, ovens, ice machines) Commercial refrigeration equipment (walk in coolers, freezers, rack house, etc.) Commercial and residential air conditioning Job Requirements: Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition Complete daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required on paper and electronically Be on call, rotation with other techs Be able to work as a team We believe in our technicians really knowing the systems in and out. Not only what causes a system to fail but why it failed, what part caused the problem. Requirements
- Experience in HVAC & Refrigeration
- CFC Certification
- Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and personality
