Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC refrigeration system design and development (7+ years for internal candidates).
• Knowledge in refrigeration system design, problem-solving, and project planning.
• Proficiency with software like CREO (Pro-E), CeTol, and Mechanica for FEA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt/Lean Expert certification.
• Familiarity with design for manufacturing, assembly, and ergonomics (DFMAE) principles.
• Hands-on experience with quality improvement and cost-reduction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop new refrigeration systems for residential packaged products.
• Sustain current product lines through quality and productivity improvements.
