About The Position
The Field Service Technician at Quench is responsible for performing service work on various filtered water systems, including bottleless water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. This role involves installations, maintenance repairs, and preventative maintenance, while also providing exceptional customer service during site visits. The technician operates a company vehicle and reports to the Field Service Manager, with a typical work schedule of Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
