About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Refresh Coordinator to join the Equinox Refresh team, located in our West Coast Region. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: This is a nighttime position and requires a full-time schedule of 11:00 PM to 5:30 AM Mon-Friday. Preparing all job-site locations so that the refresh team can perform club improvements based on a pre-determined schedule. Installing and repairing ceramic/porcelain tile, wainscotting, wallcoverings, and all other materials as required. Perform detailed painting, to include the mixing of colors and stains to achieve the required finish. Perform extensive drywall repairs/patches and or full replacements. Accurately measure, cut and install various building materials (lumber, tile, sheet metal, rubber flooring, etc.) Performing repairs on existing structures that are damaged or structurally unsound. Frequent use of all power tools and regular use of 15-20 foot ladders and scissor lifts. Erect temporary structures, such as scaffolding and hoists. Move necessary materials (could include fitness equipment) around job sites as assigned and or required. Examine building materials and finishes to identify any defects. Analyze blueprints and drawings and determine the structural dimensions of the framework to be constructed. Perform nightly cleanups of job sites to make certain the night-work does not impact the member experience. Other duties as assigned by team leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction, handyman work, or similar roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
  • Ability to take directions and work as part of a team.
  • Must be able to perform various physical tasks, including the ability to lift 50 pounds, climb 20-foot ladders, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to multiple sites.
  • flexible to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
