About The Position

Plan, organize and manage with oversight of the RN Wellness Director all clinical operational aspects of the Reflections program by ensuring the highest degree of dementia care is provided to the residents through the implementation of all Monarch/Brandywine standards, dementia training, and overall clinical operations for memory care. In addition, ensuring all applicable federal and state guidelines and Brandywine policies and procedures are met.

Requirements

Active LPN license
CPR certification
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment and hiring process for the Reflections Care Management team members
Complete staff performance appraisals/disciplinary action
Facilitates general orientation for all staff on Reflections Program
Responsible for environmental rounds to check for safety of exit doors, resident room safety and unit safety.
Cooperate with other resident services to ensure that the resident's total regimen of care is maintained.
Report to the RN to assess and document resident and family response to interventions.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
