About The Position

The position involves planning, organizing, and managing all clinical operational aspects of the Reflections program, ensuring the highest degree of dementia care is provided to residents through the implementation of the INVEST mission and Brandywine standards. This includes overseeing dementia training, resident care, and overall clinical operations for memory care while ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines and Brandywine policies.
