Rick's Paint & Body is hiring a Refinish Prep Specialist to join our team in Augusta, GA. If you have proven experience as a refinish prepper in a collision repair setting and possess a strong work ethic with a keen attention to detail, we want to hear from you! Requirements

• Proven experience as a refinish prepper in a collision repair setting.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail are a must.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work efficiently under flat-rate pay.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for the painting process by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces.
• Applying primers as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
