You’ll manage the full lifecycle of real estate refinance transactions—from initial pre-closing review to final post-closing integration. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a mortgage title or a closing company setting (required), processing both refinance and purchase transactions.
  • A strong understanding of the national refinance landscape and the end-to-end real estate lending process.
  • Proven ability to make sound business decisions and solve problems in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with ResWare or similar closing software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the pre-closing, closing, and post-closing phases for national refinance transactions.
  • Review and approve critical documents, including title commitments, policies, residential settlement statements (CDs), and affidavits.
  • Proactively identify and obtain curative documents to clear title hurdles and ensure files are ready for a smooth closing.
  • Coordinate signing schedules and maintain punctual, professional communication with all stakeholders—ensuring everyone stays informed and on track.
  • Ensure every file strictly adheres to contracts, mortgages, deeds, and title policy requirements.
