About The Position

Referral Specialist/Front Office Associate Dual Role Hourly Rate: $17.00/hour We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) in office candidate. Remote work not available at this time. What you’d do in this role: The purpose of the Referral Specialist/ Front Office Associate position helps connect families and doctors to the appropriate therapist and discipline all while performing clerical and administrative work.

Requirements

• You are a fantastic problem-solver and detail oriented
• You have experience with insurance verification, comfortable navigating online portals, and calling providers to verify coverage for new patients
• You have experience with verification of Medicaid and MCO
• You demonstrate professional phone etiquette
• You meet targets and goals and contribute to company growth
• You have strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have a stable work history and attendance
• You have strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• communicating with doctors offices and other referral sources
• data processing
• facilitating scheduling patients for evaluations
• routine clerical and administrative work such as answering telephones, receiving the public, registering patients, collecting money, and providing good customer service.
• meet clinic scheduling needs as well as help schedule for other facilities should the need arise
