This position is responsible for the timely processing of inquiry and referral calls. Serves as liaison to referral sources, physicians, unit staff and hospital personnel involved with each transfer request. Enters call data into the facility’s database and manages all e-fax application(s) to process incoming referrals and transfer requests in a timely manner.
