About The Position

The Referral and Eligibility Coordinator is responsible for managing the referral process for the Behavioral Health Residential Facility program at Florence Crittenton. This role serves as the first point of contact for community stakeholders and referral sources, determining client eligibility and authorized length of stay while providing education on services to potential clients and their families.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in the social services field preferred.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
• Valid and unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Ability to obtain CPR (adult and infant), CPI, and First Aid certification before working unsupervised.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
