Job Summary Conducts pre-visit planning by reviewing and updating patient charts prior to appointment with recent test results and correspondence. Call patient regarding test results as instructed by provider. Prepares and coordinates all referrals. Arrange appointments on behalf of patients. Communicates with patients to ensure follow-through with referrals. Supports office in synchronizing appointments, authorizations and test in other clinics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three to five years in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Computer skills required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• None.
