About The Position
The Referral and Appointment Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating all components of referrals, testing, and related appointment/scheduling or preauthorization requirements across providers, departments, and partnered divisions within Summa Health. This role provides support and communicates necessary information to patients, peers, and providers regarding the status and processes of referrals and appointments.
