About the Job: The Referral Admissions Coordinator is responsible for providing great customer service for clients and the families of those in need of Summit BHC’s services. Fields inbound calls for help from a variety of referral sources and utilizes an established sales guide to navigate each call to its conclusion. Responsible for developing and growing accounts with new and existing referral sources by establishing relationships with referrals and serving as their single point of contact for patient-centered communication and activities. Requires concierge type service with accounts that may involve handling calls at night and on weekends when necessary.
