Responsible for creating and maintaining customer Identifiers and actively interacting with requestors in a positive manner to understand requests and expectations. Liaises other operational teams globally to ensure that a globally consistent model is followed with respect to this critical reference data. Balances multiple workflows and processes across a broad range of team functions in addition to project work. Delivers routine and defined tasks daily, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which work is being performed.
