The Reference Data Services Associate Analyst is a developing professional role as part of the Account Master Central Team (AMC). We deliver authoritative, timely and accurate Client and Counterparty reference data to downstream consuming systems and businesses through the AMC platform. This role will sit within the Getzville Entity Data Management team and will work closely with our teams in APAC and EMEA to ensure that all maintenance is performed in a timely and consistent manner. This role applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Responsibilities: Responsible for creating and maintaining customer Identifiers and actively interacting with requestors in a positive manner to understand requests and expectations. Liaises other operational teams globally to ensure that a globally consistent model is followed with respect to this critical reference data. Balances multiple workflows and processes across a broad range of team functions in addition to project work. Delivers routine and defined tasks daily, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which work is being performed. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • 0-2 years relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organization skills with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to focus on high quality work.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
