Collect, organize, and enter participant data, work with Outreach Coordinators to develop tracking tools and key measures, analyze trends to identify improvements, and prepare reports to support program evaluation. Develop and implement mechanisms to collect feedback from program participants regarding their experiences and satisfaction with the reentry program by conducting interviews, surveys or focus groups. Support Outreach Coordinators and other program staff in monitoring participant progress and addressing barriers to successful reentry; Collaborate with community partners and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery. Performs various administrative duties including filing, research, data entry, and other duties as assigned
