About The Position

The Reel Builder position at Dura-Line is an entry-level role within the Offline department, focused on the assembly and quality assurance of reels used in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities

  • Review the production schedule to determine the reels required to maintain production on the shift.
  • Paint and stencil any returned wood reels that do not meet appearance requirements.
  • Build and assemble any reels not available from the return reel inventory required to maintain production.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
  • Follow all safety requirements for the position and all company safety guidelines.
  • Complete appropriate paperwork to ensure accurate inventory transactions.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
