Visit us at www.accenture.com. You Are: Red Hat Regional Solution Architect will support sales and partially delivery phases of concrete opportunities. He/she will support proactive opportunity origination in collaboration with local MDD and create awareness by enabling community of regional sales and solutioning team with joint predefined Accenture/Red Hat offerings. They will act as a dedicated point of contact for the Red Hat counterparts and drive active dialog in the market and provide input to the regional and global CTO. The Work: Solution Design & Integration Develop comprehensive architectures tailored to client needs, including system integration for enterprise software, scalability, and (comparative) operational cost modeling. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration Ask the right questions (and help others to do the same.) Work closely with engineering, operations, and sales teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of solutions. Proposal & RFI/RFP Support Quickly understand client values and priorities for context in technical requirements and solutioning. Develop Qs for client As to refine proposal response and seek to differentiate Accenture. Prepare solution plans and cost models for proposals, including clear assumptions/dependencies, risks/mitigations, RACIs and other proposal/contractual inputs. Systems of Record, Governance & Approvals Help sales teams reflect resource plans and timelines accurately in systems of record (MMP and others), as well as preparing materials and presenting when required for solution, deal, and QA reviews/approvals. Contribute to legal and commercial negotiations. Continuity & Implementation Excellence Post-sale, provide technical hand-off, plus guidance/ support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Culture of Continuous Improvement Participate in the feedback loop to product management to enhance existing solutions in the context of client green- and brown field client environments, as well as common ecosystem partners, cloud infrastructure and tooling, and industry- and function-specific architectures – always tuning for performance, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Pre-Sales support, Deal Shaping, Thought Leadership, Enablement Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
