About The Position

Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, wants you to join our family of talented individuals. We are seeking to hire bright, dynamic leaders who have a passion for service and a commitment to excellence. Beztak is looking to hire a Redec Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for supervising their service technician team to ensure that vacated units are made market ready in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Flexible, innovative, and demonstrates the ability to lead and manage
• High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• High school diploma or related Vocational Training and/or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

• HVAC knowledge and EPA certification preferred
• Previous hotel, commercial and/or apartment maintenance experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Motivate and hold accountable a team to provide excellent customer service and high-quality units in a timely manner.
• Assists with various duties such as building repairs, snow removal, or groundskeeping to provide residents with a clean and well-maintained living environment.
• Inspects construction and installation progress.
• Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.
• Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties.
• Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.
