About The Position
The Content & Writing Assistant supports Redbird Flight Plan by creating clear, student-friendly written content that reinforces program ideas outside of live events. This role focuses on writing, editing, and tone—helping translate workshops, concepts, and reflections into approachable content that align with student interests and capture student attention. Redbird Flight Plan is a campus program focused on helping students feel more grounded and confident about everyday money decisions. The work emphasizes clarity, stability, and reducing stress through approachable content, conversations, and campus programming—rather than technical instruction or financial advice. No background in finance or business is required for this position; the work focuses on communication, organization, and supporting fellow students rather than technical financial content.
