This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise across a range of activities aimed at enhancing model safety performance. This role pays up to $100.00 per hour You can expect 10-20 hours of work per week with potential for increased hours and extension. Role Overview: As a Red Teaming SME, you will play a critical role in training AI models by participating in a variety of subject matter specific data annotation projects leveraging critical thinking and subject matter knowledge. Your contributions will help fine tune AI safety performance. This is a remote, freelance position.

Requirements

  • Native speaker of one of the listed languages
  • University degree (preferably Masters, PhD level) in STEM related field, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or Software Engineering
  • Proven academic or professional experience with Red Teaming
  • Strong grasp of Cybersecurity and Red Teaming terminology and practices
