About The Position

The Hyatt Regency St. Louis is currently hiring for Servers with a passion for hospitality and a flair for serving delicious food and drinks. We are looking for candidates for morning shift with open/flexible schedules.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends
• Prior serving experience strongly preferred
• Able to work early morning shifts through to early/mid afternoon
• Able to stand for majority of a shift
• Communication skills
• Customer service experience required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for submitting guest menu selections and providing recommendations as needed
• Deliver prompt, excellent service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Engage in casual conversation and create a welcoming restaurant environment
• General restaurant preparation including set up and breakdown of service area
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
