About The Position

A Right-Execution Daily (RED) Supervisor is at the center of our performance measurement team. This person will lead a team of individuals that collect and monitor performance within each marketplace we operate in. Using that data, they will analyze and provide insights back to the organization that allow for actionable steps to improve our key performance metrics and ensure we are winning versus competition in every category we operate in. Being a coach with a creative, growth-mindset is critical to be successful in this role.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Bachelor's Degree in business preferred or 2-4 years Experience in sales operations in consumer product goods industry required
• 1-2 years Experience managing, building and developing teams preferred
• 1-2 years Experience with technology user testing and program implementation preferred
• Ability to analyze data & draw conclusions
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Project management, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Power BI
• Organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, & influencing skills
• Understanding of sales, pricing, data management policies, procedures, and practices preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Develop, train and support a team of auditors specific to the region to ensure they have the resources and tools to effectively measure market performance.
• Analyze data and provide feedback from market measurement that enables execution resulting in improving of key metrics.
• Partner with cross functional team members in commercial and sales to ensure data is accurate, actionable and meets the current market and business needs. This may include testing new auditing capabilities within the retail or on-premise channels.
• Test and learn with existing and new technologies that drive efficiency within the RED process to enhance commercial and sales capabilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
