This role focuses on referral coordination, patient navigation, clinic flow support, and data tracking to promote same-day access to antiretroviral therapy (ART), retention in care, and viral suppression outcomes. The position supports daily clinic readiness, patient outreach, and grant-related administrative functions in alignment with quality management and funding requirements. Supervisory Accountability Involves no responsibility or authority for the direction of others.
