About The Position

Crescent Crown is seeking a Driver Sales representative to manage and grow Red Bull sales in the Lake Charles Market and surrounding markets within a designated route. The position requires driving a Non-CDL 10-bay trailer to assigned accounts, making orders and delivering off the truck on a weekly basis. You will be required to develop new account relationships within the route and ensure customers utilize current promotions, displays and marketing tools. You will also be required to achieve monthly KPI’s in the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing display, new accounts and merchandising.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Undergraduate college degree or acceptable position-related experience level
  • Minimum one (1) year of sales experience
  • Valid Louisiana driver’s license (must possess or upgrade to Class D) and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to maintain a valid medical certificate in accordance with DOT MCSR regs. 49 CFR 391.41 - 391.49
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Promotes CCD teamwork and practices ethical conduct
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Reports to work on a regular and timely basis, and ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent
  • Extended hours may be required as service needs dictate
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Ability to perform tasks on an iPad
  • Repeatedly bending, walking, standing, twisting and turning
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
