Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Strong employee development coaching, and performance management experience.
Previous experience in electronic or metal recycling
Solid understanding of workplace safety practices
Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging work environment
Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

2 years of EPC experience.
Hands-on experience with balers, conveyors, sorting lines, or similar machinery.
Familiarity with e-Stewards, ISO 14001, or similar environmental health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership, direction, support and development to De-manufacturing team.
Plan, prioritize, and assign daily work based on operational needs and production goals.
Effectively utilize labor, equipment, and materials to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Monitor workflow and productivity to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time completion.
Coach, train, and develop employees to improve performance and promote engagement.
Keep employee records such as weekly timecards, attendance points, annual reviews, and PIPs
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to support operational success.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Oversee the safe operation, maintenance coordination, and workflow scheduling of specialized recycling equipment, including balers, HDD and SSD shredders, foam densifiers, and large-scale shredding and sorting system for whole electronic equipment.
Lead emergency preparedness efforts for recycling operation, including spill response, equipment malfunction procedures, fire prevention, and incident reporting.
