About The Position

Our client is looking for people to work as sorters in their recycling and processing plant in Pittsburgh. Hours are Monday to Friday with 2 shifts: 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. You will also be able to pick 1 extra day off during the week. Pay rate is $16/hour. No experience necessary, just a willingness and desire to show up and do the required work.

Requirements

• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in non climate controlled facility
• Can lift up to 50 pounds, as needed, and stand for your entire shift.
• Consent to a background check and drug screen
• Must have your own reliable transportation as this facility is not near any bus routes.
• Required PPE: Steel toed 6 inch boots
• Long pants/ long sleeves (No rips/No tears)
• No loose fitting clothing

Nice To Haves

• Prior sorting experience or work as a trash thrower is a plus.
