We are seeking dependable and hardworking Recycling & Waste Sorting Associates to join our team. Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- No prior experience required (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Sort recyclable materials and refuse on a designated processing line
- Identify and separate recyclable items from general waste
- Lift and move bins weighing up to 50 pounds
- Stand and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of an 8-hour shift
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and operational guidelines
