About The Position

A task crew member is responsible for performing and completing a multitude of general labor tasks throughout the greenhouse under the direct supervision of their Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, maintaining productivity goals, and ensuring the work area remains safe at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to work and communicate across multiple departments
• Ability to multitask and be a team player
• Ability to use a pallet jack to move full pallets or recycle material
• Ability to work in various types of weather conditions
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, and seek solutions to problems
• Ability to follow directions and perform tasks to company standards
• Ability to work independently with little supervision

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the recycling process
• Knowledge of inventory process

Responsibilities

• Pulling lines of recycle to the recycle areas from the dock area
• Identify various trays and pots, and stage them in their proper location
• Operate and use the compactor to bale cardboard and shrink-wrap
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned by management
