About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Collaborate with operations, environmental, and safety teams to ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety. Develop and execute growth strategies, capital investments, and digital initiatives to enhance performance. Active engagement with demo contractors and other customers to secure inbound material and marketing of recycled products to both internal and external customers. Obtain and maintain DOT mandated qualifications for Recycled Material Supplier including managing internal and external testing requirements. Build strong relationships with contractors, customers, and local jurisdictions to expand market acceptance of recycled materials. Optimize profitability and quality through strategic planning, production oversight, and internal collaboration.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of construction materials, including aggregates and ready-mix concrete, with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead commercial and operational initiatives with a data-driven, analytical approach.
  • Proven success in identifying and executing business growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, and community relationship building.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities, frequent travel, and dynamic work schedules.
  • Strong background with Excel and Financial Statements.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree in Business or Engineering and experience in Recycled Aggregates or Aggregates, preferred.
