The Opportunity This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

Responsibilities
- Lead & Empower: Supervise recycling staff, provide training, and foster a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Keep Operations Flowing: Oversee timely collection, sorting, and disposal of waste and recyclables.
- Champion Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA standards and environmental regulations, ensuring a clean and hazard-free workplace.
- Maintain & Improve: Manage equipment like compactors and balers, coordinate repairs, and implement best practices for sustainability.
- Drive Results: Track recycling metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and help reduce landfill waste.
