About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Recurring Revenue Lead to manage our product subscription and licensing processes. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of recurring revenue—including product licensing management, subscription tracking, pricing, forecasting, accounting support, process improvement, and customer data projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in subscription management or SaaS, with proven experience driving efficiency, accuracy, and profitability in a recurring revenue environment.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in subscription management, recurring revenue, or SaaS billing/operations.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with licensing management software, subscription platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with financial forecasting and pricing strategies in a recurring revenue context.
  • Business Skills: Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to design efficient operational processes.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to engage cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Product Licensing Management Oversee licensing systems to accurately track, audit, and report customer product licensing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile license sales and product subscriptions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and licensing management platforms.
  • Refine processes to ensure efficient licensing tracking and improve business operations.
  • Subscription Management Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for subscriptions.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for recurring revenue.
  • Coordinate with network providers and maintain network status as it impacts subscription management.
  • Ensure all pricing is accurate for clients, contracts, and products while maintaining profitable margins.
  • Oversee license and subscription costs from vendors for accurate account management and invoicing.
  • Forecast recurring revenue and propose necessary monthly accruals to accounting.
  • Investigate and resolve any month-end recurring revenue anomalies.
  • Business Improvement Lead efforts to complete recurring revenue conversion initiatives (e.g., Kugamon).
  • Collaborate with AI teams and developers to design and implement reporting and web upgrade solutions to improve customer experience.
  • Establish procedures for recurring revenue management, including communication protocols.
  • Customer Support & Data Projects Resolve complex recurring revenue issues, collaborating with Support and Operations teams when necessary.
  • Lead customer data projects, define project scope, and coordinate with development teams to increase project efficiency.
  • Propose design changes for future conversions and quality-check deliverables from internal teams.
