Our next rector will be a spiritually grounded and prayerful leader—compassionate, courageous, and deeply committed to inclusivity. They will listen attentively, offer wise personal counsel, and cultivate a collaborative environment that inspires and empowers others to grow in their ministries. A deep appreciation for music and its role in liturgy is essential, as music is central to how we express and experience our faith. In a vibrant and engaged parish, strong administrative and time management skills, paired with the ability to delegate and a healthy sense of humor, will be invaluable. Experience in nurturing and expanding youth involvement would also be an asset. The ideal candidate will preach sermons that are authentic, relatable, and rooted in Scripture—messages that connect the Gospel to everyday life, inspire reflection and action, challenge the listener, and include moments of humor and lasting encouragement.
